At T. I. M. E., luxury is not merely an aesthetic choice; it is the result of infallible engineering. We believe a high-end outdoor structure is only perfect if its integration into the original architecture is seamless and secure. This is why we have established ‘The Triple German Standard‘, a strategic alliance with the three pillars of global engineering: Hilti, Würth, and fischer. From the first digital scan to the final chemical anchor, every step of our process is certified to provide lifelong durability under the most demanding weather conditions.
The 5 Technical Pillars
I. DIGITAL PRECISION
(Hilti Laser Scanning)
We replace traditional measuring with high-precision Hilti laser scanning. We obtain an exact digital replica (Point Cloud) of the facade and surroundings, allowing for bespoke manufacturing with zero tolerance, eliminating any manual adjustment errors on-site.
II. STRUCTURAL SAFETY
(ETA & Eurocodes)
All our fixings hold the European Technical Assessment (ETA) for cracked concrete and seismic zones. Every support point is calculated under Eurocode 1, 3, and 9 regulations, ensuring total resistance against wind loads and critical suction.
III. WEATHER RESISTANCE
(C5-M Marine Grade)
We exclusively implement A4 stainless steel hardware and Würth C5-M technological coatings. This is the highest anti-corrosion certification, essential for protecting both aesthetics and safety in high-salinity marine or extreme mountain humidity environments.
IV. ENVELOPE INTEGRITY
(fischer Thermal-Break)
Energy efficiency is a priority. We use fischer Termoz fixings and thermal-break chemical anchors. This allows us to secure large structures to the facade without compromising thermal insulation or allowing moisture infiltration into the home’s interior.
V. LOW-IMPACT INSTALLATION
(Hilti ATC Technology)
We protect your property’s integrity using Hilti ATC (Active Torque Control) drilling systems. This technology minimizes vibrations and dust, ensuring surgical holes that respect the integrity of delicate materials such as marble, natural stone, or porcelain cladding.
